Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will help review next steps.

Adult-Use or Restricted Products
